2. Client Obligations

The client must:
* Provide accurate project requirements and content
* Respond to queries and provide timely feedback
* Make payments as per agreed terms

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on revisions, scope changes, or third-party dependencies.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are typically milestone-based. A deposit may be required before starting. Delays in payment may lead to project suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables including code, assets, and documentation become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and project materials as confidential and will not share them without written consent.

7. Warranties & Limitations

While we ensure bug-free, optimized code, we are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, third-party tools, or server/environment changes.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. All due payments must be cleared before termination.

9. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is optional and billed separately unless included in the original contract.
